Very Poor Customer Service - Stay Away

Every year I have an issue. They changed from Kayak Angler To Kayak Angler +. I continued to get charged for the old App. So, I refused to renew Kayak Angler + until my latest Kayak subscription ends. Unfortunately, Kayak Angler is no longer available. So, I paid for a subscription that I can’t get. Good content, bad execution.

Scam

Charged me for a subscription I didn’t even sign up for and can’t even access content. Major scam, stay away. Haven’t had the app on my phone for three years and was just charged 8.99 for content I can’t even login to.

Won’t show current issue

I paid for the subscription through the app. The spring 19 issue has been out for some time. Still won’t show up in the app. Contacted tech support, no response!
