Crashes on iOS 13.2.3 iPhone 11

For the initial login the app pre-populates the URL field with https:// at the extreme right of the field. It then places the cursor to the left of the text so you need to get the cursor to the right of the / at the narrow edge of the field. Minor annoyance.

When the user name field is presented, the iOS password keychain is offered but does not auto fill when a credential is selected. If incorrect credentials are entered you’ll need to hit the back button to try again, as the fields become inaccessible.

Hooray! You now see the support folders of your up to date install of Kayako Classic. Pick a folder, any folder, even one with under 10 tickets - BOOM! App abruptly closes.

My device is a brand new iPhone 11. I clean installed everything - no restore from a prior backup.

Kayako Classic is a good support solution which I do recommend. This app is in need of some attention. It did work on my recently retired iPhone 7 - also on a recent iOS 13.

Freezes when trying to view tickets

Freezes every time I try to open ticket. IPhone 10 with OS 13-1.
Barely seen red bar seems to indicate downloading but it stops at about 1/3 and totally freezes. New phone.

It’s alright, needs work

So the company I’m at is using Kayako/GFI Helpdesk and this app works fine. HTML doesn’t seem to work in the app even though we have it enabled in our helpdesk. Otherwise this app is great when you’re not at your desk and need to quickly check your tickets or open a ticket desk side really fast. I wish more features were available like being able to look up KB articles.
