Ratings and Reviews
Terrible app and QA
Without fail, Kayako releases a new update that obviously hasn’t tested. Unusable, crashes, unable to read tickets at night because they thought they were being cool when nightmode is enabled and the text AND background are black. Oh, and if you want to send them a support ticket, you better be on your computer and jump through hoops to submit an issue. When will they ever get the app world figured out?
No Functionality Hardly
The app works beautifully on my iPhone XR but there is not really anything you can do in the app.
I’ve conversations view and settings and that’s it. I can’t even create a new conversation. Why release a half baked app. I’ll wait until it’s ready.
Great app, if you like splash screens
New to Kayako, and decided to try the app despite the one star rating. App never gets past the splash screen, after closing and retrying several times. I’m still in the 14-day trial, and to be honest, the apparent lack of response by the company to the horrible reviews on here doesn’t inspire me to pay once the trial expires.
