Can’t even login
Trying to setup on my iPad, and can’t get past entering our domain. Says it’s invalid, but I’m pretty sure (okay positive) it’s correct. Short lived. Back to the web version.
Still missing important functionality
My biggest gripe with the 'old' (classic) Kayako and this version still remains.
The app does not show or provide a way to show the e-mail address of the customer who has written in.
Our team accepts submissions via API, form, and e-mail. The large majority of our cases start by e-mail from the customer. We use e-mail addresses as a way to locate the account of the person writing in.
More than 70% of our team is mobile, or mobile at some point so the app is important, but as long as the app can't provide us with the e-mail address of the person reaching out, it's pretty much unusable.
The case ordering also does not follow the setting in the web based Kayako. Web based may be oldest to newest, but the app is always newest to oldest with no way to sort otherwise.
I will say it's much cleaner, much more fluid than the older version. There is plenty to like, but the above is just a huge deal killer for me.

For the cloud based Kayako
Brand new app, 1.0 but looks great and works great. As good or better than the previous Kayako Klassic app that I've used hourly for a couple of years!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
