A user interface flaw
We don’t need QWERTY keyboard for “6 digit Numeric Only Passwords”. It’s pretty annoying to switch keyboard every time. Every else is perfect.
lists of the thing thats really need to be improved
1. Give back the operation of one time OTP system when it transfer the money and ( every bank has the system) password need more charaters not just a easy guess numbers
2. Develop the system that shows our Visa/master balance credits on app not just on the old web login system (btw currency exchange rates on app is 30 cent higher than outside )
3.Monitor all of unusual activity login and attempt for our user safely
4. Update the system of history that record every transcation we made on the app.
5. hire more IT specialists
Probably the worst online banking ever!
Cons: I started with cons because there are nothing good to write about.
- horrible customer service, every time I call them they all acted like they knew nothing about the issues
- confuse the hell out of customers that they used both OTP and sometime focused customers to enter PW
- it seems that online banking customer only got about 5 seconds or pop up message will show up saying “your session is timed out.” It’s such a joke. User might need dual-core i7 finger speed to enter required information. Or you will be disappointed with that pop up message of “session timeout.”
- PW requirements are too weak
- don’t expect to get OTP all the time
- just too many to write here, I guess head of software person is having too much fun in Myanmar
- improvement on all fronts is quickly needed
