This app doesn’t serves the purpose.
Its filled with bugs. While re opening an issue it always throws error ‘server is busy’.
Customer onboarding is painful as it requires screenshot of bill as if OTP verification was not enough.
Doesn’t have any push notification when complaint status changes or any other update to registered account. You will have to keep refreshing the app to see changes.
Zero effort was put into UI and user experience of this app.
It gets stuck at CNIC. Must be a technical fault. Just like every time electricity goes. Fix it please
Don’t know why so many people have complained, I think the app works brilliantly.
