INFORMATION ON USING THE APP AND REGARDING THE SUBSCRIPTION

You can get the premium plans and workouts developed by experts in the app with a subscription. Keep Trainer users can choose the subscription plan by month or year that suits their needs best.

Subscriptions:
1. We Offer In-App Purchases within Keep Trainer App with the selection of Monthly subscription(Workouts for All Levels) and Yearly Subscription(Get Your Personal Coach).
2. The subscription costs $8.99 per month or $49.99 per year (The price is for US customers and prices may vary by location).
3. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
4. The subscriptions are automatically renewed unless turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
5. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
76 Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
7. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Great app until...

Let me start off by saying I love this app. It provides great workouts that don’t use any equipment. I like how easy it is to follow the person on the screen. Now the reason I gave it three stars is I will do a workout that says it will burn 77 calories but then when I’m done it says I burned 178 calories. I know there is no way a 13 minute low intensity workout could burn that many calories. When I first got the app a couple months ago this didn’t happen. Now every time a do a workout this happens. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading it but it still does that. It’s not a huge problem I can still do the workouts just fine, however, it’s annoying that in my history it looks like I burn more calories than I did. I would still recommend the app if you don’t care about the calories count being accurate.

UPDATE***
The people at Keep fixed the calorie issue! Now all my workouts burn the calories it says they’re going to burn in the beginning. So now I change my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Now I would definitely recommend this app to anyone.

If you need help working out this app IS FOR YOU!

This app has lots of timed workouts. I am a beginner and had no idea what I was doing and this app walked me through what to do how to do it and how many/long to do. I want to get an hour workout in so usually I will do a 20 minute HIIT training , a 20 minute abs training, and 20 minutes of legs/arms for whatever day it is. Each week I will repeat the same trainings but add reps or seconds on to challenge myself and so I don’t run out of trainings to watch, so far there’s still plenty of workouts I haven’t tried yet. There are premium workouts but I haven’t felt the need to use those over the other free ones available. They also have the option to look up exercises by body part, so if you want more full body exercises to learn they have them all in a list with what body parts they help and how to do them. You can link your Facebook and join challenges like pushups, crunches, etc., to help motivate you to achieve better results! AND ALL THIS IS FREE! So no regrets in downloading !!

Useful Workout App

I have been searching for a good workout app for a long time and many of the free ones require you to buy a premium mode to use fully. I really enjoyed Keep Trainer once I found it because it truly is a free workout app, not pulling you in with any premium.
Keep Trainer has plenty of exercises and reps to meet everyone’s demands, whether they are just starting to work out or are experienced. I really enjoy how pretty much all of the exercises can be done in your own house, without weights or other gym equipment.
The main idea of the app is that to unlock the main workouts, you need to gain the currency which is coins. You receive the coins by working out daily as well as other tasks. I find that pleasant because it requires you to be committed to find better workouts.
Overall it’s a great app and I would recommend it to everyone.
