KelbyOne Mags is a magazine app created exclusively for KelbyOne members (an online community for learning Photoshop, Lightroom, and photography). The app delivers their two member magazines: Photoshop User magazine and Lightroom Magazine, each of which are published 10 times a year for members. Once was good..now it’s useless
I have used this app with great success but in the last few months it refuses to download or open any magazines. I can’t view anything live or off line. There isn’t even a place to confirm my account; which I suspect is part of the issue. Please fix this application because I do enjoy reading off line. I miss the physical magazine that didn't’ require more computer screen time, but I understand the cost savings using this technology.
Recently when I open the app, it will crash over and over again. If I reboot my iPad Pro, then it will open quickly and full and function perfectly, until I try to use it again 6 to 8 hours or more, then I have to reboot again. It used to work great, and I’ve enjoyed. It’s a real pain having to reboot all the time.
Just isn’t Reliable
Back to the same old nonsense of loading content. I’ve delete the app, re-installed, tried everything else to make it work. Piece of junk. And since it is the primary way to get the magazine from Kelby, it really needs attention. This needs to get fixed correctly. Think I’ll probably just cancel my membership when it comes due again. Sad, as I’ve been Kelby One member for 15+ years, but I’m not going to keep paying for this crap.
