Less buggy, yet worse than old app
Features missing from the new version include: ability to see retail values (only private party / trade in now) no car reviews, and no car photos. I used to love using KBB to read up on cars I was curious about. Now it’s a single purpose tool to see trade in / private party prices. Hopefully they add features back soon.
Convenient data
Fast, streamlined data to quickly get value ranges. Exceptional to discreetly compare pricing when negotiating sales price and trade in vehicles. Note some highly desirable vehicles (pre emissions diesels, cult following trim lines, rare and oddities) have varying values due to their low volume sales data. Pricing is mostly accurate for general vehicles.
If you’re selling/buying…
Not bad for a general idea a price. Each dealer will likely lowball your trade in anyhow. Sorta meh. Uninstalled after one use. Better to use the site or any thing else.
