SOLVED: Error Network Connection Lost!!!
After doing the responsible thing and changing my password, at my desktop computer, I was blocked from accessing the mobile app. Even though I hate to admit, I do rely a bit too much on the mobile app for my banking transactions; so the loss of access was especially difficult.
After a couple of attempts to call the credit union for assistance, I was left to my own devices. After a couple months of self-troubleshooting I have arrived at my own solution! Apparently the culprit was my use of a password manager! I changed my password at my desktop, then my phone syncs with “the cloud” to keep all my passwords updated. I was copy pasting my password from the manager app to the KEMBA app and it would reject it (presumably as a security function). So after a routine password change this evening, I attempted to set up my app again hoping wishing and praying that it would work.
This time I physically typed my password for the initial login and voilà! It worked! The most frustrating part was the ambiguous error message of “Error Network Connection Lost”. How I was ever to know it was typing versus pasting your password, I’ll never know.
Great and easy to use but needs updated
Love this app and how easy it is to access my accounts. Wish this would be updated soon though so the secondary sign in is not solely for Touch ID. I own a new iPhone with FaceID and would love to be able to use that to sign in. I use to use Touch ID on my old phone to sign in but now it is harder to had to type in my password every time to sign in.
Virtual Deposit Unavailable
I do not have the virtual deposit option on the app. I am unsure why but that was one of the main reasons I even got the app. I have both a checking and savings account. The fact that I STILL have to physically go into the credit union to deposit a check is so inconvenient. Please fix this!!!
