This is a simple shopping list app specifically for Ketogenic diets. You click on one of the food group symbols (dairy, meat/protein, etc.) and a list of foods appropriate to KETO comes up. You check the ones you want on your shopping list, and it puts them in the shopping list on the right column. You can then email the list to the shopper.
As I was trying it out, I realized I had forgotten that I wanted certain foods. So, I got my first KETO list. It was worth the $2 to support the app developer.
