Kettlebell Workout

I like the option of being able to design my own workouts, and I like how the app comes with different types of pre-made workouts in a full spectrum of categories with regard to fitness. It would be nice if the creators would continuously update the workouts that are presented in the libraries on the app.

Just Ok

Good video instructions, variety of exercises, but way too many body weight movements. Very few of the workouts use strictly kettle bells, so if you like burpees, squats, and push-ups go for it. The Apple Watch feature is useless, and the data recorded in the Health App is also basically pointless. It doesn't track which workouts you've done or your progress, which seems like a pretty basic function in a workout app. Annoying spelling and grammar mistakes also. This may not bother some people, but I can't stand it. Hope they make some updates soon.

KB WORKOUTS

Love the variety of the workouts in this app and it’s just about has everything you need. The only thing I would recommend is adding how many calories you burn after each workout. Thank you though for a great workout app.
