Was good, but it’s having issues!

I got the specialized brewer and joined the BN Keurig Connect group a few years ago. Back then the app worked great and the Brewer had no issues. For the past year my brewer would sporadically lose time or more specifically the clock on it would change to a completely different time of day. For instance, just the other day the time on it was correct at 12:30 PM, about twenty minutes later when I went to make another cup of coffee it showed 21:18. It used to do this only 1 or 2 times a week, now it happens 1 or 2 times a day. I did notice that if I disconnect my brewer from my WiFi, the issue goes away and the time is always correct. So you developers need to fix that otherwise having an app with a brewer connected to the internet is useless!

Was good then ...

I’ve had my K600 for years and it worked well up until the past couple years. It loses time, it will tell me to descale right after I descale, it doesn’t come on at the set time, and it doesn’t turn off at the set time (or ever unless I manually turn it off).
Calling the customer service number is 100000% useless as they have NO CLUE what the research program is/was.
I’ve been considering replacing my brewer because I haven’t gotten anything about the program for at least the past year and a half, and since the customer service reps don’t know about it, I can only figure it’s over (that’s what they all say when you call in anyway).

Useless to Connect K600

The K600 has no QR code and there is ABSOLUTELY NO option to select that the brewer doesn’t have a QR code as the online instructions indicate. I’ve tried the app on two different apps phones and neither have that option. What am I supposed to do with this?

Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize for any confusion. While on the QR Code screen, tap “Can’t Find QR Code” and you’ll be guided to the next step in the setup process. Also, please make sure you are logged in to the app using the same email address that was used when you were first recruited into the panel.
