I Love my K Supreme Smart. I love it even more with this app. There are two coffee drinkers in my house and we both want to use this app to remote brew but we cannot. It’s my account so I’m hooked up to the app. In order for my DH to use the app he has to sign in on my account and he hates that. He even tried opening up his own account but that didn’t work. Everything come in my name. If he can use the app from his phone with his own name and account on the same WiFi that would be perfect. He would have his own record of his own brews and favorites. Please make the app work on the same Wi-Fi with two or more people able to use it without using one account. That would be awesome. ONE MORE THING…. I have an Apple Watch and would love if i could remote brew from it. If you guys could make the app work with the Apple Watch that would be great too!

Thank you for your review and feedback! At this time, after the first person connects the brewer to your home Wi-Fi network, anyone else can download the app to log into the same Keurig.com account. We will pass the suggestions along!

First, d because of that developer response that I received after my last review, the app is closer to being accessible than even you give it credit for, but there are a lot of things that need to be changed. Working with those of us who need accessibility support would actually be in your best interest. Furthermore, the app keeps signing me and my husband out, at the same time, so I know it’s not just my app that’s doing it. This might not be such an issue, except when it tells us it’s time to brew coffee at 5:50 in the morning for my husband‘s work, he’s fortunate enough to work from home, if he’s getting ready, a half asleep me rolls over to click the brew button for him so that it’s ready when he goes downstairs, but then when I click the notification, the app sits there with nothing on the screen. Then, I close the app and reopen it, and it wants me to sign in, but the brew notification is gone at that point because I’ve already clicked on it. The last thing I want to do at 5:50 in the morning is fight with the app just so I can brew a cup of coffee. The frequent sign outs need to stop! you can’t even say it’s a security thing, because having to sign back in has nothing to do with security, it has everything to do with inconvenience when using a brewer that is supposed to make life more convenient!

We truly appreciate your review. The Keurig app doesn’t support voiceover as of current but the team is working diligently to make this a possibility in a future release so please be on the lookout.

I do not have my iPhone on my person in the morning but I do have my watch on me and it would be super convenient to have an Apple Watch companion app for Keurig so I can remote fruit right from my wrist while I’m cooking or getting ready for the day. Having a companion app would be next level awesome! Also it’d be so cool if you did a cola station with Ember and Apple Health to track caffeine intake. There is so much potential but I feel like Keurig is leaving a lot of functionality an awesome integration off the table. Also, Apple home in a Gracian would not be a bad idea either so I can set up automations or ask Siri to start my brew. I would just like to be able to integrated into my Apple Smart home with automations an extra functionalities. Please explore adding this to the HomeKit API. The best part is you can do it through Soffer. You don’t have to have a special hardware in order add that anymore. So you guys can totally retro add it without having to create a whole new product line.
