In dire need of an app over haul.
What’s the point of a “shopping cart” tab in a app that basically the only thing it does is direct you in several ways to the nearest kiosk? It’d be nice to see the full selection of different types of keys and options available BEFORE going to a nearest kiosk that may or may not have it stocked. I was looking for a key that looks like my house key, which is a very common style, but it has the bottle opener cut out, that’s originally the first one I saw. I’m not even sure I did the order correctly to be honest. I’ve seen two different keys with the same bottle opener cut which got me curious enough to find a kiosk and get one but I’m not even sure I ordered the correct one I was looking for. Again, it’d be nice to actually be able to see the full selection of options and combinations available in app on my free time before I go to the front of a store and stand there feeling like an idiot. I don’t know just a wise idea.🤷🏼♂️
App is easy to use, product is awful
Worst key copy I have possibly ever seen. Hold absolutely no resemblance to the key and when I looked at it I knew it wouldn’t work but decided to drive home anyway and try it for the sake of it. Obviously didn’t work. The machine says ‘100% Guaranteed to work’? Well unless I’m the first person to experience this then it’s definitely not 100%. Could easily sue, I want a refund immediately
Unfortunately it seems this app has got bad reviews, because of removing a mobile scan feature. I would never want to scan a copy of my key with my phone and I find it amazing if they ever got that to even partially work. I’m giving 5 stars because this overall service will save me and the app offers good management functions of your key copies.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
