KeyNavigator allows Treasury Services customers to deposit checks into their business checking accounts using mobile devices. Mobile Deposit extends the convenience of KeyBank’s commercial remote deposit solution to clients on the go and provides clients with low check volumes an easy alternative to making branch and ATM deposits.
This app also allows clients to review and approve all remote deposits made by company users giving clients additional control and security.

App is great, if you can get logged in
It’s easy to use and very helpful however more then half the time I am unable to log in. Always getting stuck on the verification screen or getting a ‘device registration error’
I pay $40 a month through my bank to use this feature, it would be nice if the app worked.
This app is horrible
It quits logging you in with your biometric after a week or so of use. It will then ask you your security question and will never authenticate you. The only way to get it to work again is to uninstall the app / reinstall and completely log back it. FIX YOUR APP, I pay for the ability to remotely deposit my business checks and waste time with your glitchy app!
Device registration error
Every time I try to sign in, I have to delete the app and redownload it. It’s quite annoying.
It doesn’t register the security questions answers and just sits there loading until I delete it. Even though I use the Touch ID to sign in.
I can never get into twice in a row.
Fix this please!
