The new update is terrible
I am so sad that the new update has rolled out. It seems to have regressed to very early versions of the app, except it’s even worse. It looks like like mobile version, unfortunately, which is very bare bones and not nice to look at.
The app even runs slower than previous versions in my experience. I do not like it. Would not recommend updating or downloading at all. I’ve been a member for a while now and this is definitely the worst iteration so far. The previous version was much better. They were going for parity between the mobile and app platforms but that’s a mistake, people can just use the mobile page since it’s the same as the app and wastes less space. There’s no discernible difference.
I will definitely be on the app less now it is not pleasing to use.
Loved the original UI from before that ACTUALLY looked like an app for your mobile phone but somebody decided to change it to a website UI and it just went downhill from there. App loads a lot slower and doesn’t look very appealing, unlike every other banking mobile apps.
And lately, this app works fine for a couple of weeks and then it just won’t open at all. You try to open the app but it closes immediately and the only fix I’ve found is to delete and redownload the app again. I tried contacting customer service through online chat and for some reason, they are asking personal info first before they can help me figure out what’s going on…you don’t need my personal info just to fix your app from crashing or not opening.
