Lots of opportunity to improve

I don’t normally do a lot of reviews but am required to use this app as part of a transformation challenge.

Entering new items is not easy and the use of grams as a default is a challenge. This is not normally how we weigh and measure things as people in the US.

When scanning something new, it does not update immediately resulting in one having to chose something close but not exact to put in your log. Or enter everything manually.

On custom manual entries, there is no option for a serving size of 1. In my case wanted to enter one skinny tamale. So now have an entry that shows it is 1g, instead of just 1 tamale.

I also find the app does not track with my Apple Watch steps, I have an iPhone and every thing is linked. Ideally the steps would match and update automatically. My Fitness Pal app does all this! It also loads in my other exercise and calories burned. This app does not.
