This product is the perfect solution at just the right time. Learning how to focus and train my muscles is way easier than I expected.
Great app for a great device
I was skeptical at first but it’s a really good device worth the money and the app is pretty helpful at committing to it and making it fun. Go get those kegels done!
Needs a streak widget
I love the device but I always forget to use it. The device is only really helpful if used consistently. The app desperately needs a “don’t break the chain” streak widget to promote content use. Otherwise it’s easy to forget and the device becomes useless.
