User friendly

Fantastic application, especially during Covid when all of our contact center agents are working remotely. Not only does it allow me to see all incoming conversations but I can also view analytics directly from the app as well. Highly recommend.

Good app, gets the job done

Nice to be able to work from my phone especially during current times and WFH- haven’t had any issues with the app.

Edit: also really good support from the team anytime I’ve had questions.
