The app popped up a lot or errors while trying to pay, like “fraud error” or “this source ID has already been used” while trying to pay for street parking. I tried contacting support but they were not available and the app does not give you instructions on how to fix those error or why they appear. Terrible app, and terrible customer service, don’t suggest using it.

I use Kigo for access entry to a residential neighborhood. I cannot seem to give access to anyone even though I’m a host. Notifications don’t come through either. And when I contact support they always say the same one-liner - to delete and re-install even though that doesn’t fix the issues.

Easiest and fastest way to pay for parking while visiting Guadalajara. I think the app also works in other parts of Mexico.

After going through scripted questions in the chat there’s no any answer from a real person. The issue is that the app tries to charge me but the parking lot is actually free. So, there’s no way to resolve this issue

It won’t let us park more than 5 hours a day. We have classes in the morning for 5 hours. Then we tried to go out to eat at night in a different location. Sorry, already used our 5 hours for day??!! Out of luck.
