kikkle is the mobile app designed for customers of businesses using Customer Connect Rewards. Customers earn points and rewards from participating retail stores, restaurants, coffee bars etc. All points and rewards, earned from different business are kept in one location.
The features include:
- Earn points for various activities such as checking in at a participating business.
- Earns points for the money you spend at specific businesses.
- Use points to purchases rewards form the business’s reward catalog.
- Explore promotions being offered at a business.
- Review your complete purchase history at participating businesses

1. Download and install kikkle app
2. Create and activate your account.
3. Turn the bluetooth feature of your phone.
4. For most businesses, the app will either automatically check you in as you walk into the participating store or notify you so that you can perform checkin. As you checkin, you will accrue points.
5. Use the earned points to purchase rewards from the business reward catalog.
6. Redeem purchased rewards as you visit the participating businesses.
7. Receive additional exciting offers from the retailers that are especially designed for you.

Developers, please fix this APP
There is one store I frequent often that uses this app. All of the rest use an app that works very well. I wasn't even aware until recently that my points were accumulating and I had to check them on this app. So I download the app and it's not usable at all! I can't create an account because the store already has my email address and phone number registered in their system and if I click on forgot password it totally closes out of the app every single time. It won't let me sign in at all. I noticed there hasn't been an update since the beginning of the year,so my only hope is that they will update this app with a ton of bug fixes or my store will switch to another system...I hate to give a negative review but I can't even tell you how the app works because I can't get past the sign in page.
Worthless
Our favorite pizza place switched to this app, and we can even sign up. We get an error that says “white label app key header not found”. The restaurant can’t help us and all of the points we have can’t be accessed. Very frustrating. I’ve been trying for a month.
Cannot Even Get Started
I cannot even get into the app. I can type in my email address, but my keyboard covers the next button. So, I can never move forward. And, it won’t let me collapse the keyboard. What’s the deal? Several of us have this issue.
