I absolutely adore KillStar and have been obsessed with so many of the items I’ve purchased. The app is perfect in every way… except when it comes to adding clothing items to my wishlists. There’s no “save” button like there is for non-clothing items, so every time I try to add clothes to a wishlist it simply doesn’t work. And when I go to the website to add them, I can’t always do it in the correct size. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
The clothes I have gotten from them have been overall great. I’ve spent a LOT of money over the years with them. My last purchase I received an obvious mis print and they accused me of damaging the product myself. They never gave me a refund or apology just insisted I had somehow mishandled the product fresh out of the box enough for the print to not have been visible at all… It was one very bad experience out of many good ones so I am choosing to give them another chance and re download their app. Maybe I just got a bad representative. But buyer beware they will blame you for faulty products if you get unlucky.
i do love being able to browse/shop new things through the app and save my favorites. however, there are a few things that don't work so well yet. you're unable to use both a filter and sort how you want to look at items. so if i want to sort what i'm looking at by lowest to highest price AND filter to my specific size, only one or the other will show, not both. you also can't view resurrect items, and some of the clickable links do not work either. i hope that with killstar looking at some of their app reviews, they'll know what to fix and make the app better!!
Killstar has an easy site but the app makes it easier to filter by size/availability. There are some bugs. I’ve been getting notifs for a bogo sale but the app’s page for it won’t open. Maybe the push notifs are running later than they’d wanted. It’d be good if cart previews showed taxes and final total with your login info as the tax location. I also get cart reminder push notifs while IN the app which is maybe a bit silly.
This app operates quite well and is very comparable to the web page. The only possible negative I personally have for this app is the lack of notification controls. To be clear, you can control where your notifications pop up (in-app, home screen, push, etc); You cannot, however, control the types of notifications that are on. I get frequent advertising notifications that can be frustrating. Besides that, I’m very happy with the app
I never want to shop anywhere else for clothes ever again. Although the products could be a little on the pricier side, there are constant deals and sales to make it more affordable. The clothes are high-quality and super cute! Just make sure to check the size guide when ordering clothes!
