HOW IT WORKS
When a community member publishes the workout of the day to a box, any athlete that follows that box will receive a notification that a workout is available for scoring. The workout will appear in the ‘workouts’ tab within the Kilomodo app for the day it was scheduled. Scored workouts are comparable with box members or anyone in the world who has also scored a workout that matches. Kilomodo is perfect for boxes that repeat workouts as benchmarks even if they are not well known named workouts. Kilomodo is also great for following your friends’ fitness progress from anywhere around the world.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

I have been using Kilomodo since it came out, and I have been loving it ever since. The interface is so clean and polished, it’s very easy to use. I like that everything is right on the screen and with a few taps I can adjust any scaled movements, or weights, so easily, that it takes less than 30 seconds to modify (if needed) my WOD, and score.
This app is FREE, no in app purchases, but it has the look and feel of a premium subscription app, and stores ALL your scores. Again, you don’t need to pay for a subscription to see all the scores you have logged in the past, your improvements, your PRs, your total pounds/kilos lifted.
I love this app, and I would love to see a section that breaks down the movements, such as progressions for snatches or pull ups, or mobility movements. If there was a subscription, I would gladly pay it.
Overall, get this app. You’ll be happy you did!
This app is highly sophisticated while super easy to use. It's a great daily log for working out, keeping track of progress, and reminds me to get back in the gym. The community of friends is very motivating too. Each day, I can see what the 'whiteboard' workout is for that day. I get great feedback by comparing my progress to how others did.
