Great! But one thing is...

Overall this app is AMAZING. I’m very used to this app and use it for my animating. There’s only 1 or 2 things I’d really appreciate, if you could fix them. 1) This is the only thing the frustrates me,(animating) while I’m animating I can only move that piece so far one direction or it will spin. That’s my only main issue for this app. 2) This one is not as important as my first one, but it would be helpful. I don’t know if it happens to other but, sometimes I. The beginning, I forget to put in my intro, BIIIIIGGGGG mistake. I don’t want to export it without my intro so I thought of what to do. I have a bunch of feature and photos and way more. When I add it in, I try to put it right before a bunch of stuff...and the features stay In the SAME spot...while ALL the videos and photos move further down. I then try to fix it but there was to much stuff to line it up. So I get rid of the intro and export it as it was. This isn’t as important but I would appreciate the effort! Thank you!
Overall, if you are considering downloading this app I highly recommend it. It’s an amazing app and I use very often. Unfortunately, I just accidentally deleted it and have come to the lord of the apps to download it back. While I was here, I thought I might a well share the things that might need to be tweaked with and how much I love this app. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you download this app. Thanks for reading, have a great day!

Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to review KineMaster. The Keyframing tool can behave unexpectedly with rotations. We are currently working hard on fixing this issue! In the meantime, we recommend breaking up your rotations into 70 degree chunks to prevent this from happening. We hope this helps you continue making awesome videos with KineMaster! We’re thankful to have you in the KineMaster family, and are grateful for your feedback. :)

Wow it works good ,

I mean I used to like it but now there’s just problems-

I don’t know if it’s just me and people I know but kinemaster has been having trouble lately it’s seems...

I use KineMaster a lot! I’ve never really had that many problems with it until now....When I rewatch my videos sometimes it just throws me off the app...It’s not just my devices either, it happens with my friends too. Another thing that has recently been happening to me and my friends devices is half the time it’s slow and glitchy. What I mean by this is it’s delayed, for example, I wanted to add I text and I kept clicking noting happened so I tried to click off and it would let me...Finally it did so I tried to click font but it wouldn’t let me, I had to click off and then do it and it was very slow. This is not all that’s happening though there’s one other thing, I got a new iPad and I downloaded KineMaster because I mean I just use it for a lot of things! So I went to add a video layer but then it’s had lines going across it, it’s wasn’t playing, and there was no audio. This didn’t happen on my other devices and I don’t know if it’s just like a setting or- I don’t really know.....See that’s the bad part because I always have at least one video layer in a video! KineMaster is a good editing app and things like that, that’s why I got it but when it keeps doing stuff like this, it’s just a waste of time and it makes it hard for me because now I have to find a new app to use. 😕

Hello, we're so sorry you're having an issue with KineMaster. This is a bug. Your bug report is really important to our developers, and will help the problem get fixed more quickly. To help resolve the issue, please contact KineMaster's technical support. You can do that by tapping the question mark button on the KineMaster main screen, then tap E-mail support. Please make sure to include screenshots or screen recordings of the problem. The lines issue happens because KineMaster relies on your phone or tablet's processor to edit and export video. Each processor has a specific number of video layers it can support, at specific resolutions. Generally, you will be able to have more lower-resolution layers (360p, 540p) and fewer high resolution layers (1080p, 4K). If your device is unable to handle an additional video layer, when it's added it may show the layer with lines through it. Try reducing the resolution of the video clip that you're trying to add as a layer. You can do that by opening a new KineMaster project, importing that particular clip, then exporting it at a lower resolution. You can then try importing that new clip into your main project. We hope you can get back to creating great videos soon!

Good, with a few major (in my opinion) issues...

Hi, I just want to say thanks for reading this!

So, probably like many people who use this app, make gacha videos. I was working on one, and got decently far in. I had edited the first part, shortened the pictures to the length I wanted and everything. And one of the things that really stood out to me and made me happy about this app, was that I didn’t have to resize every, single, picture! In iMovie, the pictures would move, starting in one corner, ending in the other. And I was so glad I didn’t have to deal with that anymore. Until, a couple of days ago when I was going back to work on my story, whenever I added pictures they’d move! I searched up how to stop that, and it showed me: go to settings, press edit, etc. Well, I did that and it doesn’t work.. I tried all the buttons, I looked at the other tabs, everything. And at least in iMovie there’s a limit to how far you can zoom out, which is as big as the picture will goes until it fits the page. But here, it’s so much harder. It’s like it’s on ice or something, continuing to zoom out even when I’m not touching anything. I don’t know if it’s my iPad, or a bug, but please take a look and try to fix?? I’m sorry that this is a small thing, but I am really disappointed about it. I’ve talked to my friends about it, and they say theirs works completely fine. I even checked it on my phone and everything was fine here too?

Thank you!
