Kinetic had been there for me since we opened an account a few years ago. Our accounts and phones were constantly getting hacked into by a family member and they very accommodating until the situation subsided. They even dropped like 2 months of service fees off our bill. It is worth it to make the switch from your old cable or sat net. Light speed is always faster than copper or clouds that block your service indefinitely. I have full faith in Kinetic and would recommend them to anyone out there who needs fast reliable internet.

I’ve had this app for around a year or so ! Before this my iPhone was getting hacked a couple times a month !!! Talk bout a Headache !! WOW !! I did the two step authentication and in couple weeks Hacked again ! Well when they called me about this insurance I gladly tried it !! LOVE IT !! Haven’t been Hacked in a year or so !!! I dropped whatever “security” that I was being charged about $25 a month for over the years, which I didn’t even know I had until I tried to reduce my bill. I was told I had to at least have Kinetic’s $5 a month security with my Kinetic internet, meaning I had no choice. So, if I’m paying for it, I figure I will use it, but when I try to use it I receive the message to retry or error and try again later. Plus, it only finds 3 of several WiFi devices, but is unable to even connect to 1 of the 3. Seems like just a way to get another $5. Why am I forced to subscribe to it because I have Kinetic Internet? Shouldn’t it be part of the Internet package if required? Whether a gimmick or scam, I definitely look forward to the day I can choose another Internet provider!

I have a similar problem. When I go to see what devices are connected it always says none or unable to connect at this time. It seems very shady to me. They helped me lower my monthly bill which was great and I was so grateful, but now for the last few months it goes up $10-$20 every month. A few more months and it’s gonna be right back where it was. What’s the deal with this company and why doesn’t anything work on the app?? That’s exactly why I don’t get the home security package. Just be careful and stay on top of your account.
