Saved me a trip to the doctor
It’s hard to believe, but this thing is AWESOME!! How does a thermometer app get 5 stars? When, from my phone, it helps me know if my son is sick and needs to go to the ER or just to rest and recover. Serious lifesaver!!
I bought the thermometer because it was well reviewed and I thought the app/internet combo would be pretty cool, maybe a little helpful. However, when it’s 3am 😴, your son is screaming 😭, you have no idea what to do next 😳, and the app actually tells me get his fever down and manage him at home. That’s a winner 🎉🎉🎉!
It has profiles for the whole family, I can keep track of everything, including symptoms when any of us are sick, in one place, the app already has the fever info because it’s connected. Then if I go to the doc, I have a full record of what’s happened when and for how long. F#*%ING AMAZING!!!!!
Super helpful when my son got sick!!
I bought this thermometer at a CVS to track my son’s fever and symptoms. It not only tracked all of this info automatically but gave me really helpful guidance about what to do based on his fever level and symptoms! Amazing tool when your little one gets sick!!
Works great, when it works
This app is a great idea. It is just not reliable. I get the “uh oh, something went wrong” page pop up and it doesn’t record the readings. The problem is, that page only pops up the NEXT time you go to use the app...so all of a sudden it is a guessing game as to what the last temperature reading was. Great if you are just “checking” a temp. Not so great when your little one has a 105 fever from an infection and you are sent home from the ER and told to monitor his temperature. Good thing we didn’t rely solely on technology and recorded his temps by hand.

Can you please send our Customer Support team a message through your Kinsa app so we get started on fixing this for you? (Open Kinsa App > Settings gear in top right > Customer Support > Pencil and Pad in top right > Start A Conversation) Once we receive your message, we'll be better able to understand why this error message is coming up.
And if possible, a screen recording of the issue would be super helpful as that way we can see exactly what you're seeing, especially with this "Uh oh, something went wrong" error message. This is optional, but incredibly useful for our iOS team in finding and fixing the problem.

Once you have this recording, you can attach it to the message to our Customer Support team.
