Love the expert advice

I found this app when my Hiro had a limp after playing the the new puppy. Turns out he was being dramatic, but I LOVED that they were there for me and supported me in making the best decision for what he needed. It was the weekend and we were worried we’d have to go the the EV. They gave me advice and told me what to watch for to know exactly when he needed to go to the EV. We never did but followed up with our primary vet a few weeks later. The limp was gone, but just to be sure. :) Now I use the app regularly for questions about diet, exercise, and behavior. Things I can and do just Google, but the information can be overwhelming! Every vet has their own opinion of course, but it’s nice to just talk with someone and be assured your questions are truly answered. I love their articles too! Our primary vet wanted Hiro to go on a diet, and between the Experts and the articles answering my questions Hiro has just about reached his goal weight! Thank you!!

They are amazing

I have two cats that were brother and sister and every time I had an emergency behavior question they answered me promptly and gave me all the information and help I could ever need and then what I lost one of them they were so great talking to me even sent me a personal email saying they were sorry for my loss and they’ve done nothing but support me about how much they could do is help me help anybody beyond job every day to help somebody just for the sake of these animals would recommend this to anybody who has animals.

This app stole my money

Basically, no one told me this was exclusively for cats and dogs when I paid into it, just that a veterinarian would be able to help me with my animals. Spent my last money on a membership to get my dying button quail help, and they refused to do anything whatsoever, wouldn’t write a prescription or anything. My bird died in an incubator in the middle of the night because they refused to help. Maybe put a warning “WE CANNOT OFFER VETERINARY HELP FOR ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOMESTIC HOUSE CATS OR DOGS” because it was my last money, and I’ve been trying for months to get a refund but no one ever returns my emails. Buyer beware, if you have exotics, farm animals, or even common pets that aren’t under the “cat and dog” rule that are sick, do NOT attempt to use this app. It will get you nowhere and is a waste of money for anyone with even a mild animal hobby or collection. Animals are not objects but we call a zoological grouping a collection so. Either way, this was a horrible experience and I watched my best friend die because of this app lying to me.
