Ever felt like you can't complete a goal? Or that you can't break a bad habit?
Sometimes you just need to have patience to achieve your goals, and the aim of this app is to help you with that.
Just turn the timer on inside the app and start counting the number of days that you have quit a bad habit.
It can be used for things like quitting soda, fast food, smoking, drinking or almost anything.
There's also a ranking system for how long you've abstained from your bad habit to give you a new-found sense of achievement.

The ads are for tobacco? 🤨
I got this app to try and stop smoking and the first 2 minutes I get 3 ads for TOBACCO products? What kinda crap is that?

We don't decide what ads are displayed, but that is a good point. We will see if there is some way we can filter out those particular ads! They would definitely be counter-intuitive.
