Description

Kith is a multifunctional lifestyle brand for men, women, and kids—as well as a progressive retail establishment. It was founded in 2011 by Ronnie Fieg, a prominent figure in the footwear industry, who has over twenty years of hands-on experience.

The Kith App allows users to view curated products, content they love, and receive additional benefits such as gaining access to app-only drawings for exclusive products. You’ll find 5 tabs on your app—Discover, Shop, Drawings, Bag and ID.

DISCOVER
The latest assortment of Kith-produced content—what you see is chosen by you via your onboarding brand and product preference survey.

SHOP
Shop all things Kith has to offer—deep-dive through collections, categories and filters to see our latest product offerings.

DRAWINGS
The only place to sign up for the in-store and online drawings that Kith has to offer.

BAG
Save items for later, add new items to your cart, and seamlessly shop on our app.

ID
This tab is comprised of 6 sections: Loyalty, QR Code, My Icons, Orders, Account Details and Help.
Loyalty is an extension of the current loyalty program you’ve all come to know and love, with a twist. You will now receive exclusive early access to products, events, and more in your Loyalty tab in-app which is based on your app activity, purchase activity and store visits.

QR code is a unique scannable code linked to your account. Present your code at a retail location, and it will help boost your loyalty score—ultimately giving you more exclusive access.

My Icons are your way of showing your love for individuality. The more active of a consumer you are both in-store and online, the more access to icons you’ll receive which can be updated on your app homepage—collect as many as you can.

Orders allow you to view all of your orders and will provide order tracking details.

Account Details is where you can manage your personal details, update ‘My Preferences’ from your onboarding survey, email preferences and general app settings.

Help is where you can find pages such as FAQ, Returns, Contact Us, Privacy Statement, California Privacy Statement, Cookie Policy, Terms & Conditions and Data Request Form.

Kith Rules!

I’m a 25 years veteran of sneaker collecting, not reselling!!!!collecting..the last few years have seen major on both sides. I have to say throughout the whole deal Kith has remained fair, if it weren’t for Ronnie and Kith I wouldn’t even get many shoes. I appreciate the loyalty access and I hit on most draws I enter especially for a Kith branded shoe. It means the world these days!! Thank you to the whole Kith family.

Not Customer Focused

I entered a drawing to win a pair of Kith Converse shoes and upon entry a screen asked for credit card info, which indicated payment for shipping. I submitted my info thinking that it was fair to charge me for shipping if the shoes were free.

A few days later, I was notified by email receipt that my credit card was charged for BOTH the shoes and shipping. I can understand that I didn’t win the drawing, but should have been asked first if I still wanted to pay for the shoes and shipping BEFORE charging my card.

I emailed Customer Service twice, but little to no efforts by agents to acknowledge my concern. Overall, I find that in-store service by salespeople is stellar, but online service and return/exchange policies serve the company’s best interest, not the customer’s.

Horrible UI not suited for what it claims to offer

The UI is nice to look at, but functionality is where it lets you down. Available products don’t load in real time, saved addresses and payment methods do not load when a quick checkout is important, Apple Pay never works, captcha takes multiple tries to process, and you typically have to refresh 2-3 times for a dropped product to appear as in stock. I usually have to check on their website to find out if the app is lying to me, which it usually is. Don’t push consumers onto your app unless it can actually support the demand. The horrible trend of retail forcing their individual apps down our throats continues.
