Description
Established in 2011 and founded by footwear industry leader Ronnie Fieg, Kith operates on two planes—a multifunctional lifestyle brand for men, women, and kids and a progressive retail establishment. Our nine brick-and-mortar flagship stores were designed in partnership with Snarkitecture to provide a completely unique, 360-degree customer experience. We offer an array of premium products, ranging from our own in-house label to a curated selection of multi-brand apparel and footwear. In 2015, Kith Treats was conceived from a love of cereal and dreams of one day opening a cereal bar. Operating in seven standalone locations and two shop-in-shops (within Hirshleifers and Selfridges), Kith Treats has become instantly synonymous with the Kith store experience and childhood nostalgia. In partnership with Major Food Group, we introduced our first restaurant upon expanding overseas: Sadelle’s at Kith Paris.

Ratings and Reviews
Great App but Key Functionality Issue
Love the app and what it offers - however I couldn’t log in to the app bc it requires a password that doesn’t use special characters - however when creating a password on the desktop site it allows you to use special characters. Since I created one that uses it, I am able to log in on the website but not on the app. Furthermore, you should definitely include special characters in passwords on your app. Just makes it more secure. Thanks
Horrible UI not suited for what it claims to offer
The UI is nice to look at, but functionality is where it lets you down. Available products don’t load in real time, saved addresses and payment methods do not load when a quick checkout is important, Apple Pay never works, captcha takes multiple tries to process, and you typically have to refresh 2-3 times for a dropped product to appear as in stock. I usually have to check on their website to find out if the app is lying to me, which it usually is. Don’t push consumers onto your app unless it can actually support the demand. The horrible trend of retail forcing their individual apps down our throats continues.
Kind of buggy…
The app in its current state isn’t quite a headache to use but, it’s close. Just recently tried browsing for more shoes and experienced some issues with applying filters. Once a filter is applied, sometimes the screen will just be a white background for a moment then it’ll reset and erase whatever filter was set. Other times the screen will just auto-scroll back to the top.
