-You must have a current KITS collaborator™ license to use KITS Mobile. Current customers can download the app then login with their existing KITS username and password

The minimum IOS version support for The KITS collaborator – Mobile Edition app is IOS version 12.0.0.
For iPad IOS version 18.x users:
iOS 18.1.1 iOS update removed existing KITS collaborator ™ – Mobile Edition app settings from the general APP Settings screen. It has now been reinstated
GENERAL:
If a manufacturer catalogs support grain direction within their 3D symbols the selected option will be applied accordingly. AIS is currently supporting grain direction.
Grain direction application was causing an app crash. This is resolved now.
Custom Dealer Quick Sheet Terms and Conditions can now be applied.
SYNC NOW, catalogs with long filename paths can download correctly.

GENERAL:
Project Camera Point of View at opening is now zoomed in a bit more when you create a new project.
The Reset button will set back the Project Camera Point of View to the default view – the more zoomed out view.
Add/Edit Item panel: Only for Adhoc items the title panel for the Add/Edit Item section will appear with a light muted blue color across the header section. This will appear when CET items that do not existing in a The KITS collaborator™ catalog database.

EXPORT RENDERINGS:
· You can now select multiple user-generated renderings to be copied to your local device’s Photos app.
· With the Photos app, New Albums are created for each project you export user-generated renders for.
· Bulk delete multiple user-generated renderings in one click.
QUICK SHEET:
You can now include multiple user-generated renderings in a single Quick Sheet for your project.
You can also select the display sequence of each user-generated rendering to be displayed within the Quick Sheet.
Multiple selected user-generated renderings appear at the end of the Quick Sheet in landscape orientation.

You can now quickly view the product details of a model within your scene by enabling the Display Product Tooltip feature within Project Settings.
To view quick product details about a model object, press and hold your finger on the object. A popup tooltip appears.
To view the full assigned specifications and pricing details of the selected model object, tap Display BOM. The Item Specification product tooltip appears.
Within SYNC, you can now perform multiple functions to help you better access what you are looking for quickly.
· Pin your favorite manufacturers for quick access to the top of the screen.
· Perform a search by a Catalog Name or Catalog ID (code) across a single or multiple manufacturers from your list of publishers.
· Sort by manufacturer catalogs by catalog name or catalog ID.
· Filter By catalog status such as Update Available.
· Under the Publisher section quickly search for manufacturer by typing in the first character values of the name.

A new Quick Sheet setting Model No. has been introduced within the Project and Product Quick Sheet settings. This allows you to suppress at ad-hoc the display of the product model number from appearing within the Project or Product Quick Sheet pdfs you create.

Any special characters found within some manufacturer data for the product and or option finish descriptions were:
causing the app to close within the List View screen. This has been fixed.

A new global project setting has been introduced called Default Price Zone within a project. This allows you to set a default price zone value at the project level and have it automatically assign the correct List Price to any new product you add to the project.
When you specify a product within the KITS Mobile app it will automatically specify the List Price for the defaulted Price Zone assigned within your Project Settings. You can overwrite the defaulted price zone value at any time during the Add/Edit Item or the Configure Prices functions.
For those manufacturers that do not support Price Zones, the List Price will default to the current live List Price found in the catalog. For those manufacturers that may not support the default Price Zone value, KITS will assign the Price Zone 1 List Price. For example, Kimball International supports 6 price zones whereas HON only supports 5 price zones. If your project setting is set to a Default Price Zone of 6 and you add a HON product to the project, the assigned List Price for the product will default to Price Zone 1.
If you change the Default Price Zone setting to another value after you have inserted the product into the project, all those previous products will not be changed to the new default price zone. You will have to perform the global Configure Prices function within List View to make the appropriate changes.

Edit Item and List View: There are a few fixes within the Edit Item and List View user interface:
Product specification: Some manufacturers only provide a single marketing product description. This description is now displayed in the List View and the Project and Product Quick Sheets.
Model numbers are now displayed in red font when it is no longer available in the selected manufacturer’s catalog.
Fixed: Some iPad devices were preventing some subscribed 3D symbols from being displayed.
Fixed: App crash when some items that were inserted via the Imported from DWG function were opened. This was due to the selected catalog not properly synced down to the user’s local device.
List View: The user interface was fixed by removing the table header gap in iOS 15.5
Support Troubleshooting enhancement: To help the Support Team troubleshoot issues:
Send Log on next launch feature now includes two CSV log files that outline which manufacturer catalogs and files are currently downloaded to your device.

List View: There are 2 new changes within the List View user interface:
.Introduced a new visual clue to the user. When a model number is 100% full specified the model number font color changes from black to green font.
.Changed the user interface to column-based when displaying the model number options and finishes section.

.Import TAG info during a SIF file processing was cutting off long text from displaying in the Project Quick Sheet correctly. This is has been resolved.

Customer Owner Material / Leather (COM/COL) Update
Now retains all COM/COL custom details entered in the database and outputs it to the various export SIF file formats.
User entered COM/COL custom details displays on the Product and Project Quick Sheets now.
Price List Ids selected at the item level for Steelcase product appears in the List View and Project Quick Sheet when enabled.

What’s New
Introducing a new automatic project pricing validation function.
Each time you select to Create a Project Quick Sheet, Share a Project or Export AutoCAD (DXF +SIF) the configured List Price (Base List Price + Option Upcharges) for the item(s) found in your project will be automatically compared to your downloaded manufacturer’s catalog data on your device. If there is a difference, a Pricing Discrepancy Warning is presented on screen. You can either update the project price to match the manufacturer’s data found on your device or not update it.
Import and Export DWG function:
Now support AutoCAD Drawing file formats of: AutoCAD 2018, 2013, 2010, 2007.
Export function now outputs a DWG file of the project.

What’s New
Item Part Tagging function is now available in KITS Mobile. You are now able to add an identification tag to all objects found in the project.
Tags can be used for identifying areas such as floors or departments, categories. These tags are visible within List View, Project Quick Sheet, if present exported in a project SIF file and can also be imported via a SIF file into a project.
Portrait Mode:
You are able to work in portrait mode within the KITS Mobile app.
Note: All HD and VR Renders can only be performed in landscape mode.
