HOW DO I GET SUPPORT?
How in the heck is anyone supposed to contact support!? I love this game but when you go in the game to settings and support it takes you to this zendesk where you have to type in an email and password but I’ve never signed up so I can’t log in and it tells you that there is no self sign up so.....I can’t sign up.....I went to Jam City’s website and sent them an email through their press mail because it wouldn’t let me send an inquiry in the little box on their website and I couldn’t find the game on their page at all to get specific support.....What am I supposed to do? Can someone send me a link to sign up for the Kitty City ZenDesk? :(
Extremely Poor Support!!!
I kept sending in many tickets about the same glitchy issue I’ve been having with this game but every time I’d get the tickets sent back to me in my email and no response from their team just their system saying thank you for submitting your ticket we should get to you within 24 hours!! Well it’s been over three days with no response to any of them >:(
I’ve never experienced such a poor support before not to mention it’s hard to submit a ticket in the first place their support site had quite the problem as well (it wasn’t my internet connection it was some encryption glitch and some other thing that kept popping up)I had to keep retyping my issue a couple of times till I got smart and copy pasted several times more before finally one’d get sent. I don’t know if the site is purposely messed up because they just don’t know how to fix it just like my game and don’t really want to be bothered by a customer but out of courtesy I should’ve got more than an automatic response from a system because it’s not reassuring that anything will be done for me. I really do like this game it seems promising and all but not without support if it keeps having issues and I can’t do anything about it because I can’t get at least some mediocre support why should I bother playing anymore if it’s going to disappoint me. I hope I can get some response before tonight also I might raise my review one Star but if not it stays.

Fun game, but glitchy
This game is a lot of fun! Yes, you do have to wait for items to be completed (and this can even be days of waiting time) but you can just spend that time you're waiting doing something else. The game does run a few specials for gems and decorative items from time to time which can get irritating when it pops up every time you boot up the game, but other than that, the game doesn't force you to buy gems. You can easily do stuff in this game without them. You just have to be strategic about how you spend your time and keep an eye on your inventory space to ensure you have enough room for everything. My biggest gripe about the game is that it is very glitchy. It doesn't hamper my enjoyment of the game too badly, but it's very annoying when this game crashes for seemingly no reason. Sometimes I'll just tap or scroll too quickly and the game freezes up and crashes and sometimes I won't be doing anything at all and it still crashes. And when it crashes, it can sometimes set me back several minutes or even hours into the progress I have made and that can be very disheartening. Regardless, still a fun game and I really do like it!
