Bad App

Set up system with ease. But App would not work. Customer Service was non existent. Finally gave up and returned the wireless security system even though I really liked it.

Worth every penny!

My husband and I bought this system for our house and it was delivered when he was at work so I texted him and told him it came and I wanted to check it out well I just started putting it together really didn’t even use the instructions... was common sense. And I had it set up by time he got home (actually in 2 hours but that was bc I had to find a drill and also set up 3 of the cameras outside and deal with my 1 year old twins too) The picture is so clear and as soon as I plugged them all in it popped up on the tv on its own.

Great til recently

Easy set up. I have a monitor and iPad to watch my property at any given time and day but recently the iPad app keep shutting off after 10 mins saying for security purposes. What’s the point of a monitoring system if it’s not on 24/7. I can understand if it shuts off 6 hrs but every 10 minutes?! That’s annoying. Please fix this.
