3. You have bee granted access to the group chat for that Wifi Network. That simple
Hidden from the rest of the world...
Only those on the same WIFI network can see who is there and join in the group chat.
Ask/offer help, and build a mini community with those who you already have a small connection with.

This is a neat little app, I just connect to the wifi, and can chat with everyone on same network, kinda amazing, could be a little prettier, but works well.
