Version 4.2.1
- We no longer terminate your card due to declined transactions due to insufficient fund. We now freeze, and you can unfreeze when you fund.
- You can also freeze and unfreeze your card whenever you feel the need to.
- When features are unavailable, we let you know so you don’t try to transact and be debited for a failed transaction.
- We squashed some bugs and increased overall performance

Unreliable
Seems it’s a pattern as any payment app originating from Nigeria performs great from the beginning then all of a sudden starts disappointing it’s old customers. The customer service are out of touch with reality where tech issues are concerned. My app was working well until the second week of May 2022, the cards stoped receiving funding, then the matter became worse after their new upgrade call KlashaCart, infact after updating I lost all my previous cards with the money in it into oblivion and now I can’t even create a new card and can’t fund any virtual card either cos there’s non to fund.

Great customer support
I had an issue while trying to get my virtual card, the creation fee was debited but I was not given the card. I contacted customer support and it was resolved under an hour. That was really pleasant🤗🤗🤗
Can’t change email?
Opened Klasha last year. Love the UI. And the KlashaCart feature looks promising, but…
Turns out I made a single typo in my email address while signing up. Now support says this can’t be changed. I.e, I’m stuck with an account I can’t possibly receive emails from lol.
Even my bank’s email can be changed. This is unheard of.
