Love the bank and app!

This is a great app. You get everything a big bank offers technology wise, but it’s a community bank. Works every time, easy to navigate and has all the features I love. Control your debit card, mobile deposit, can sync outside accounts. Highly recommend Kleberg Bank and this app!

Constant force quits are irritating

The app works great when first launched. However, going home and into other apps, and then back into the bank app later on, causes an error. I then have to force quit and relaunch the app, because dismissing the error takes me to a generic login screen without Face ID capability. The call center said they’d pass the feedback along to the developers at Q2, but it’s been several months since I reported it (and more than a year since the bug started) with no fix. Not show stopping but incredibly irritating.

This app had many changes and updates since it became available. Being it’s a banking app and users rely on it for repetitive financial services, keeping the flow and layout of the app should be high priority. Constant updates and upgrades to features and end user experience can hinder the productivity overall. Nice colors and cool features are useless if it takes away from the familiarity of the app. Overall app is ok - but keep it simple, easy, it’s content current, and end user friendly.

I’ve been banking at Kleberg Bank for years and I always get good service from anyone of the staff members. Any questions I may have they check thoroughly and explain it patiently until I understand. I’m grateful to them for that.
