Klokki Slim - Time Tracking Ratings and Reviews

I just love this time tracking app

I've been using this for about a year now. I've tried many options and this one has been the best because if I forget to turn it off after a task it automatically prompts me when there isn't any activity on the computer to stop the timer when inactivity began. And, the reporting is very easy to compile all of my hours for one task. You've done a brilliant job developing this app. I am only now having a problem with this mac system upgrade or the klokki upgrade where it won't open. This is going to be a very sad day for me if it turns out I cannot use this app anymore. It has been free, but I would gladly now invest in it.

Wondefully Simple and Useful

Tracking time is so important to understanding how to plan better, to holding yourself accountable to spending time on projects you care about, and setting boundaries on other lesser priorities. This app makes it dead simple to clock in (punch in) for any number of your areas of focus. Focus is something this app does better than pomodoro timers, because it not only keeps you accountable in the moment, but also over the long term. Thank you very much for making this app -- it's a critical part of my workflow!

My only suggestion is to make this available on iPad. And I also don't understand what the icon is. What is it?!

App died but it's back

Lost all my work hours, but followed someone's advice here (atomicforliving) and all seems to be fine now and I was able to retrieve all my hours. Unless the latest update fixed it all. Anyway look up atomicforliving's advice in the reviews!

No reply from support email to say yes we know about the issue. I had to look at the reviews (and look at version history) here to know I was not the only one.

Multiple Organized Task Tracking

I had been using another time tracking app for over a year but decided to give this one a try and it is willdy more effiecent for all the differnet tasks I do, and the notes feature is great as well.

Lost Month of Hours

Have used K Slim since November with no issues - always worked great to generate a monthly report of my hours so I could be paid for my work. As of 5/1 the app is completely unresponsive, and all of my April hours are lost. Klokki support has been radio silent, and the only thing on their website is a new paid version that does not allow me to access the month of missing hours. Reboot/hard refresh does nothing, and I can't get paid for an entire month of work. I received NO communication prior to this issue to indicate this app would no longer be viable.

Loved it until today

I have used Klokki slim for a long time. It has been great to track my work time. This morning I go to start work and it isn't loaded. I click on it and nothing happens. I've tried to get support but the button doesn't work. I'm super frustrated that it appears I have not only lost my time record for this week but now will have to find another tracker.

Finally Something I Can Use

I love this app because not only does it track the time, but creates a report for each day based on time spent and on which project. Clear, very easy to use and I'm sure will make my boss happy to have accurate time calculated!

So simple, just what you need

This is a very well done app. It is really easy to go crazy ini the time tracking space with lots of extras etc.

This app is super lightweight and has exactly what 99% of people are hoping for.

Perfect! For me at least.

This is the best time tracking app I've found so far. It strikes the perfect balance of simple, and powerful. I've tried a number of different apps to track my time, and this is the one for me. Grateful this app exists!

This app is really simple, intuitive, and reliable.

I'd gladly pay for the ability to generate invoices to PDF and sync across devices, but other than that, this app is about everything a freelancer needs.
