Klokki Slim delivers a powerful and beautiful way of time-tracking directly from the Menu Bar. Focus on your work and enjoy an efficient way of tracking your time on projects.
BILLABLE HOURS
Track your revenue by defining an hourly rate on folders and tasks. Manage your billable sessions by marking them as billed or paid, right from the reports window. Easily get back to and change the status of billed-out sessions from the convenient session inbox.
INTEGRATIONS
Link your favorite services and keep your time in sync. Jira is already ready to be synced with and more service will be added over time.
REPORTS
The most powerful and flexible reports will equip you with the possibility to access previously tracked time and filter it by date ranges or projects. Monitor how you worked within a week by checking the chart view or select multiple time-sessions and instantly see a summary.
NO DISTRACTIONS
The timer gets out of your way and always stays just a click away in the menubar. This way you can also have a quick glance to check how much time you already spent and not lose the focus.
WORKS OFFLINE
Klokki Slim works everywhere. It doesn't matter if you are in an office or on an airplane. You will never lose a second just because there is no internet connection.
TASK ORGANIZATION
The folders and tasks structure provides a flexible way of organizing your projects. Choose from a set of colors to better fit the identity of your projects. Completed a project or task — archive it, without losing the time nor the ability to get back to it.
IDLING
Don't worry about forgetting to pause the timer. Klokki Slim will notice if you are away and ask what it should do. You can adjust the absence period to better fit your workflow.
SHORTCUTS
Keyboard shortcuts will improve your workflow and help to be even faster. Klokki Slim provides the possibility to set up your own shortcuts and have full control even without a mouse.
PRIVACY
Klokki Slim is by default entirely private and doesn't send away any of your information. All your data belongs to you.

I just love this time tracking app
I've been using this for about a year now. I've tried many options and this one has been the best because if I forget to turn it off after a task it automatically prompts me when there isn't any activity on the computer to stop the timer when inactivity began. And, the reporting is very easy to compile all of my hours for one task. You've done a brilliant job developing this app. I am only now having a problem with this mac system upgrade or the klokki upgrade where it won't open. This is going to be a very sad day for me if it turns out I cannot use this app anymore. It has been free, but I would gladly now invest in it.
Wondefully Simple and Useful
Tracking time is so important to understanding how to plan better, to holding yourself accountable to spending time on projects you care about, and setting boundaries on other lesser priorities. This app makes it dead simple to clock in (punch in) for any number of your areas of focus. Focus is something this app does better than pomodoro timers, because it not only keeps you accountable in the moment, but also over the long term. Thank you very much for making this app -- it's a critical part of my workflow!
My only suggestion is to make this available on iPad. And I also don't understand what the icon is. What is it?!
App died but it's back
Lost all my work hours, but followed someone's advice here (atomicforliving) and all seems to be fine now and I was able to retrieve all my hours. Unless the latest update fixed it all. Anyway look up atomicforliving's advice in the reviews!
No reply from support email to say yes we know about the issue. I had to look at the reviews (and look at version history) here to know I was not the only one.
