KoamtacON has a feature to locate user and the background location is necessary to gather information on user movements even if the App is in background. For example, when the user is doing a critical task, if the App goes in background mode then KoamtacON collects location information for user safety.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
