Kokoon 4+

As a veteran diagnosed with PTSD I have found this device very helpful in my search for a sound nights sleep. Data collected daily, when available, is used to better sculpture my sleeping plan. As good as this device is there is a major flaw, data retrieval. Turning off the device upon awakening typically connects to the cloud server and provides you with meaningful data. My experience with this device is data loss without the ability to reconnect to the server thereby loosing that nights data. The second issue is the limited library, especially the hypnosis programs with are powerful tools aiding sleep. Hopefully Phillips will take this device to the next level and correct the flaws. My personal feeling is this could be a very valuable tool for vets like me.

Purchased the headphones and find them very comfortable to sleep in, much more then other options out there! Also, I find the app quite easy to use, which says a lot because I’m not quite savvy when it comes to technology, but this app was very easy to navigate!

I’ve been using the app for 9 months and I don’t recommend it. Back in November of 2022 I received a replacement pair of Kokoon earbuds. They don’t record my sleep data correctly and customer support has not resolved the problem or replaced this pair of earbuds. They also take several weeks to respond, if they respond at all. My earbuds not working with the app makes the sleep data incorrect and the app useless. With incorrect sleep data, I certainly wouldn’t pay for this app when I can just play music on my phone instead. At least then I’d get what I paid for.
