This app is great if you want to learn how to kick-box. I’ve been kickboxing for a few years now and when I watched the videos on this app I could easily tell that the instructor is a pro and knows what he’s doing.
Fun and Functional
As a gym owner and martial artist, I am really pleased with this app. It's easy to navigate, has some really fun and interesting content and combinations to train, and it serves multiple functions in a single platform. I've already recommended it to several students for the days they can't make it to the gym, which also helps me keep tabs on what their solo training looks like. I'd definitely recommend this app to the student and coach alike.
I use it all the time
There are days when I don't want to think about what to do, so I find the WOD (workout of the day) super useful to just get to work in very few taps.
It has a few extras that don't get in the way, but really it's programmed with the user in mind-just get to work with expert help.
You can sign up on the KOL website for free access to more lessons on how to use the app. NO SPAM, in fact not even one mail yet!
