Must Let App Download Colors Before Use
This app only works after opening for the first time and allowing the shade chart to download completely. There should a percentage complete at the bottom while waiting. After the chart downloads, the app loads normally. I would’ve given it more stars but there’s no way to mix shades; only view them in natural or artificial light. Another feature worth liking, is the shade matcher, however it only has a few high end brand name hair colors. This won’t help if you are trying to match a client’s box color he or she loves.
Needs major work but I love it
This app has a lot of bugs and it worked really well for a couple of months then recently it won’t even get off the loading page. I used to rely on it since I don’t have a swatch book and I’m kinda disappointed that Wella doesn’t have a better app. I mean y’all have been in the color game for a long time and this technology isn’t new.
Frustrating
Very temperamental app doesn’t open half the time. Love it when it does work. Please fix it
