They are estadores, I made a transaction to the app and it was never reflected and they didn't give me my money back either. They do not respond to emails, nor customer service. Don't use it. Bad service and they steal your moneySon estadadores, realise Una transaction a la app y nunca Se reflejo y tampoco me regresaron el dinero. No responden los email, ni atencion al cliente. No la usen. Mal servicio y te roban tu dinero

App is good, but support team may not solve a thing. and also the pending time of transactions sometimes is just too long.

I am very displeased with this app right now trying to contact customer service to get some money refunded back to my account and no one is answering

There’s no way to sign in to the app from Venezuela, don’t know if the issue is also happening elsewhere

App reset itself and pushes me to login. There are 3 ways. (Apple, google or email)…All of them the app says is DISABLED

Al principio se podía recargar con tarjetas de débito o crédito, en la nueva versión esa opción desapareció y ahora solo se puede recargar en efectivo y uno tiene que ir a un lugar a pagar. Muy mal!!!
