App dies immediately with USB connection
I really love the W5 hardware - the only inexpensive digital microscope with auto-focus.
Unfortunately, it is dead to me right now.
The Mac software dies every time I try to connect the W5 via USB, and something has gone awry with the Wifi option, so I cannot connect with my iPad either.
It would be great if there was a documented way to do a “factory reset” on the W5 hardware.
The W5 worked for me briefly, and the app was great, but now - nothing.
