Stuck in subcategory and have to delete and reinstall app
This is specifically for the KORTV App on the Apple TV. I am not sure where to report issues.
Stuck in subcategory and have to delete and reinstall app. If I am in a subcategory of channels and either the Apple TV sleeps or maybe goes to screen saver, I cannot back out to the wider selection of channels that the app first starts in when freshly downloading the App. Work around, is to delete the App and reinstall. This gets me back to the main menu where I have to start over again.
I also sometimes have issues with reconfirming my paid subscription. It states that iTunes is unavailable when I can access it through the Apple App Store.
High cost for nothing
I paid a monthly subscription and was not notified of the price increase. If every channel is an additional monthly cost then what is my monthly subscription paying for!?!
It looks nothing like the pictures and doesn't work
