To test it out I put $50 in my Krak and converted it to USDG for the APY benefits. But then when I wanted to use it to buy crypto I couldn’t figure out how to put that money in my Kraken. There’s a “transfer” that would show it had moved it, but only within the Krak app. When I went to my Kraken nothing had changed or been added; no activity changes noted in Kraken either. I’m currently waiting on support trying to figure out how to get my money into my Kraken. This seems like a poor UI issue, not a finance issue. Perhaps some tutorial videos are needed to permanently exist in the menu.

This is great - user friendly and I love being able to earn a competitive yield on my USDG - this means I won’t have to transfer it back out somewhere else where it will earn a better rate. I’d love to see something like expense tracking and groups like Venmo/Splitwise. This would convince me to fully make the jump over to Krak. Thanks!

Couldn’t send money easily to Canada, now I can instantly and for free. Game changer in both its accessibility and how enjoyable it makes payments. Excited to see Kraken compete with my checking account and win.

Transferred my xrp to krak. 203 at a buy price of .53. Just testing the apps out so when I transferred back to my kraken account my estimated buy price changed to 1.35 and my unrealized gains changed from having 100+ in the positive to being in the negative. I’ve been a faithful customer and crypto enthusiast for years with kraken and this is unacceptable and seems like retail gets shafted when we just want to invest fairly and create wealth

I have used Kraken for years and first impressions of this app are great. It’s crypto first Venmo essentially. The concept is great, but to be honest, I hate the name. Why is this app named so similarly to an 80s street drug? Poor choice in my opinion. Normies would take this app more seriously with a different name.

Platform works perfectly as expected, support was fast and reliable when I had a delay with a deposit I made.
