I have been using dz app and it okay. Not until I try to load an airtime on my Airtel line. I was debited and I didn’t receive the airtime. It’s been 2 weeks now and no refund or positive response. Also I fund my account dz morning from card, I been debited and I haven’t received an credit alert payment on the app. The most annoying part is there customers service is poor. No line to call them. Am sweating right now. Please help

Do not bother trying out the app, they’ll take your full details in pictures and at the end tell you you’re not eligible for any loan, even the account number provided won’t tell you a particular limit which is extremely fishy as every bank account has it’s limits….Don’t make the same mistake I made out of desperationDO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
