Energy maximization is a must in my life. This was especially true during my 3 year stint as a single parent. I created this app as the answer to countless inquiries about my consistently high energy levels.
Your time is valuable, and thus, the system is meant to be simple. Each day, the goal is to:
1) Score at least 18 points on a 23 point scale (the number 23 was chosen because it is a symbol of excellence to me). The scale is broken down as follows:
- Sleep (max 8)
- Water (max 8)
- Superfoods (max 7)
2) Exercise for at least 23 minutes. For those seeking additional guidance, a KT23Workout to the beat of a Nate Ackert techno track is included as a bonus.
3) Complete your KT23Compass; a tool that allows you to track your wellness across dimensions beyond physical; emotional, social, occupational, spiritual and intellectual.
Completion of all 3 goals shows grit, and deems you KT23Fit! This also prepares you to be your best; to tackle the test that awaits you, board meeting, practice or parenting with zest!
KT23Fit is applicable to the endeavors of everyone; the stay at home Mom/Dad, a Fortune 500 CEO, teachers, doctors, college students, athletes, etc.

Great for holding self accountable!
As a college student, I've found KT23FIT to be an awesome tool for getting back into shape. If used accurately, KT23FIT will allow you to hold yourself accountable and help you understand why on a particular day you may feel sluggish. Form a habit of logging how much water you drink, sleep you get, and quality foods you eat and you'll begin to feel the difference on a daily basis. Great app for all ages!
Really useful app to easily keep tabs on overall wellness. Super easy to use. If you want to count every calorie and minute of exercise, this isn't the app for that. But if you want to easily and quickly track and encourage positive health behaviors, this app is great for that.
