The new update broke the app!

This was a somewhat basic but fully functional app that I used frequently. A solid 4 stars, as it did what I needed and worked properly.
I downloaded the new update while I was at the gas station about to get gas. It looks like they added a lot of flashy stuff to the app (I haven’t really explored it yet), but it is no longer mobile friendly. The keyboard covers up the “login” button. I was finally able to get to “create an account” and was able to get logged in from there. Then I selected the fuel up option. When I put in my pump number, I realized the number keypad is covering the “select pump” button. I tried for about 5 minutes to figure out a way to get rid of the number keys or change the screen orientation (you can’t). Since I didn’t have another form of payment with me at the moment, I left, went home and got a card, then went to a closer gas station to get my gas.
Please fix this!

New Update is Terrible

The new update isn’t working correctly. I’ve tried using it a few times, only to give up - which stinks because I like the rewards. At first it wouldn’t let me add a new payment. Then discovered more steps I had to complete in order to be able to pump gas than previously. I tried again this week and it looked like it was going to work… but the app stopped the gas pump at $5. I wanted my full 20 Gal. reward. Lol! The cashier from inside tried to help, but couldn’t. She proceeded to tell me there’s been multiple complaints about the new update.
I really enjoyed using the previous app. Very convenient and loved the rewards! Please fix this new one!

Pretty good fuel app, but recent update has caused functionality issues

Very nice app! Prior to the latest update the app has been very reliable to use. After the update that changed how the app looks and some functionality, the experience hasn’t been as reliable as before.

1. The app has become slower and less responsive.
2. The app stays on the “Hold Tight! We’re activating your pump.” screen and never updates again to indicate the pump has been activated with a 3 minute timer before the pump deactivates again.

When the second step occurs the only notification I get that the pump likely has been activated is the notification from my Apple Card in the wallet app that an authorization has occurred for Kum & Go. From there I check that the pump indeed is activated. Before the app was updated this processed worked near flawlessly, I’d only once experienced a glitch where this didn’t occur successfully because the app froze up, before this latest update. Now the app gets stuck on the screen noted in the ‘2nd’ functionality complaint listed above every time I use it for fuel purchases.

Please fix this glitch!
