Please fix the app server. A lot of times, it takes time to load the live streams. And when you are a co-host sometimes you cant unmute or mute yourself and it says "can't connect to server". I have no problem with my internet connection and can load my browser fast but when it comes to opening kumu. sometimes Id rather not because it wont load. Otherwise, the experience with the community has been great! customer service so quick to respond on emails and other communication and they get the issue solved as soon as possible.

Great app. Terrible people running the app. They’re focus is just how to make money. If you are not suggesting “what kind of campaign” should they run next then your input is useless. It’s all about campaigns and more campaigns. Also, recent updates are really useless and made the app essentially unusable at times. Mute and Camera buttons are so small now it’s so hard to click them. If you want to swipe left or right to hide chat expect that you will be swiped up or down instead and be transferred to a different stream. There’s also a bug that let’s people see you even if you turned off your camera, they just have to watch using the website on a desktop computer - anonymously. Big privacy issue. Lastly, KUMU POLICE apparently gets an incentive whenever they hit a certain number of people reported for “violating” kumunity guidelines - so expect these rude “officers” to end your stream just because they did not like your profile picture. I have never experienced anything like this in many other livestreaming apps that I have used but hey this is what separates you from the others right? Your rude employees. So if you want to start live-streaming, I suggest you do it elsewhere. 💁🏼‍♀️

As a kumu users, ever since the made the new updates a lot of stuff became unnecessary. To make this app better i would highly recommend to ask kumu users some suggestions or better yet maybe a survey of what changes they want to make. Honestly, since the last update kumu became lea and less popular now and seeing other users now going other apps due to a significant changes here. Cons:-LS Stream DP is now too small and can barely press the bottons now.-Comment section, it’s unnecessary to show all people that are winning by playing games. Some people likes to comment on there streams now its so hard to back read due to significant amount of gamer winners showing up. No one cares how much they are winning.-Why is KUMU so sensitive when typing comments, even if its not a bad works still shows this ****? i don’t get it, its so annoying🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️-Why is some agency punishing there recruits, some recruits wants to leave there agency but they won’t release them. They are not following the policies/promises. I know they want to make money but that’s not the proper way to treat there recruits. Everyone have the rights to enjoy kumu🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️I have more but this are the most concerns and need attention that i’ve notice so far.Thank you in advance and i hope you guys take this matters seriously and find a way to resolve this and make KUMU a place to call HOME.🙏🙏🙏🙏
